Platform services and hosting

Our website uses WooCommerce’s e-commerce platform.  Shop purchases are processed through WooCommerce.  We Stripe.com is our payment processing site, we do not have access to any financial data – all payments are handled safely and securely by Stripe. WooCommerce gathers such data as is required to process shop orders e.g. name, address and email address.  Occasionally we may contact you by email, for example if a change has to be made to an order.  We will retain proof of postage, from the postal company (usually with only postcode as reference).

Newsletter

Our newsletter operates through an opt-in system.  You will only be added to our website if you have completed the sign-up on our website or on a sign-up sheet at an event or show.  We use our own website to store and retain your email address and name.  You can request to be removed from this list at any time, and there is an ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of every newsletter.
